We need to know what sections we're going to write and who's responsible for each section.
Normally I would like to let this sort of thing evolve naturally, but the professors want to know this info for an upcoming meeting with each group.

We would like to see a Table of Contents for your Final Design Documentation (details for this document can be found on the bottom of the home page). This need not have page numbers at this point, but if you have an approximate number of pages sketched out for each section you can include that. I would also like to know who in the group is assigned to which sections of the document. It is okay to assign multiple people to one section if that is what you have decided.
For each section we should have a linked issue. From there we can determine who is assigned to each issue. We can close out each issue with a PR of the written section.
