Controller instance should be the View context #47

The explicit parameter passing just never paid any meaningful dividends, and it adds a lot of extra noise. Let's kill it.

You know, after thinking about it further, I think @fgrehm is on the right track with the ivar copies so I'm going to consider this closed.
