Render based on accept #82

Some code clean up, removal of deprecated stuff + view rendering based on request format. There is definitely room for improvement but its a start, take your time to review the code ;-)

@sam, this doesnt handle the stuff we were talking the other day about adding support for sinatra's provides constraint / Rails' respond_to

Sorry it took so long. Merging now. Looks great to me!
