Describe the bug
the new interface for the pvalue push doesn't seem to work properly in the latest version
Pb 1: it says delete but I think it does the opposite, it keeps the proteins that fill the filter
Pb 2: on the other hand I think it would be easier for the user to propose the same menus as at the time of the initial filter (choice between keep and delete then the rest? maybe even the nature of data filter (id, quant etc..), rather than working only on the number of imputed values)
Indeed, if you put keep in the first window for a number of values in a condition, you have to think about what the opposite condition is in delete and in the number of imputed values... not obvious...
