[BUG Prostar] Convert #29

Describe the bug We can't create MSNset with the new version of Prostar! Test 1 with Proline protein export, it gives the error : (see fig)

A colleague also tried to import a msnset created with the previous version of Prostar (1.22.6) but it does not work, another error: "your msnset contains missing values" basically, I let her specify the error message.

Fixed. Will be available in Bioconductor Release 3.15
