IMP4P has a tool to impute this kind of missing values. The others don't... so if we use them on it, it will do anything on the whole imputation (MEC but also POV), so we prefer not to do it. We should therefore set up a strategy like for the protein level, where we distinguish between the two types of MV, and let the user choose what he wants for each type... Basically, this is a trick we set up because IMP4P could not be used at the protein level, but at the peptide level, it is better to use IMP4P
Describe the bug During the imputation of missing peptide values: the checkbox "impute MEC also" is not available for Basic methods, resulting in a partially imputed dataset for which no test stat can be defined.
Note that this option is available for the imp4p method
