Describe the bug during the initial "convert data" step: impossible to create the MSNset if the protein accession contains "|".

To Reproduce This appears onlyu with peptidic datasets

The problem appears with peptidic datasets when Prostar calculates Connected Components. The function 'graphAM' of the package graph is used and inside this function, the character '|' is a reserved character to identify nodes vs edges.
