[BUG Prostar] Prostar ZeroInstall cannot open #54

Describe the bug Using the Zero Install, the app does not open. I tried to change the default browser but that did not work. I installed the latest version of R on the computer and restarted it, but it still would not open the app. Additionally, when I try to run the shiny app on R, the following message appears.
