upgraded the cloud-store-sdk version to 1.4.6 which supports s3 compliant object storage

@pankajjangid05 We tested the build and deploy jobs of Sunbird platform and verified the corresponding functionality. Didn't get any issues during the build and deploy jobs. Can you give more information any specific libraries we should look for to check the compatibility issues?

Hey, we've moved away from this old release and have deprecated this release. Please migrate to our newer codebase which exists on master. We've also stopped actively supporting this build and this would be our last code merge to this build.

Please let us know if we can connect to help your team migrate to the newer codebase.
