Get JVM Size from Docker-Compose File #69

As per the discussion with Chakshu, we need to retrieve the JVM size "-Xmx1024m" from the docker-compose file. currently, we are getting from DockerFile.

Changes are required in the following repositories:

Inbound
Orchestrator
Transformer
Outbound
Broadcast-Transformer

Complete and deployed on Staging after merge with master branch It will reflect on prod also.
