Cassandra Server Configuration Pick from Docker-Compose

Currently, we manually configure the Cassandra server settings within the Cassandra container. whenever we delete the container and start afresh, all the configurations are reset. so we need to configure these settings inside the docker-compose file on prod and staging.

Like:

• read_request_timeout:
• write_request_timeout
• request_timeout

The docker-compose file is updated on prod and staging in both places.
