Add option to have custom label in filters #335

Add a parameter on fields to be able to customize the filter label.
For example :
We have a field 'country' 
On the category view the label filter could be 'All countries' instead of 
'-All-' or '-country-'

Yes, and the value of the label will be passed through JText::_() or add 
support for languages inside the value? (e.g. 
default=val1##en=val2##fr=val3...) or both?
