Improve Logging and Error Reporting

• Track line numbers
• Write log to disk
• Ensure users never see a stacktrace

Users are still going to see stacktraces, but everything is being logged to both console and disk.

Something went wrong and I had been working on a badly out-of-date branch. Will redo work on new branch.
