Produce key data visualizations

Before we are able to analyse the data, we need to understand:

• The number of businesses in each sector
• The proportion of businesses within each sector split into subsectors
• The distribution of businesses sizes within each sector (and possibly subsector)

This will inform model selection by ensuring there are sufficient samples within each sector and subsector.
