changed name of Macedonia to North Macedonia since it was not working… #108

… on existing project, and that is the new official name from two months ago

Thanks, this is a great help. I have to push a new version to NPM otherwise, for you and everyone who installs to get the latest version. Otherwise you will get v1.0.7 which was release on july 2018.

I will commit now 👍
