Please add Taiwan #139

E.g. https://github.com/samayo/country-json/blob/master/src/country-by-abbreviation.json doesn't have Taiwan with abbreviation TW.

Hi, thanks for the information. I don't believe Taiwan is currently an independent country, so I can't add it. Sorry
