Redefine this lib as "Country/Territory" than "Country only", so we can include Taiwan and others

Taiwan has its own calling code, and its own currency, it should be included somehow.

As the author is concerned about Territories such as Taiwan's political status (Is Taiwan an independent country or not?), I suggest including both Country and Territory, so we can include Taiwan and others with a similar situation.

I think this repo should contain only UN-recognized countries. This means I am currently in the process of removing more countries not on the UN list.

If we add Taiwan, there is no argument for not adding other questionable entries

When Taiwan becomes officially recognized country by the UN it will be on this list. This is for all territories.
