Integrate public + authed app branches in order to add link to admin access to primary nav:

Remove (static) + (auth-state) route groups
Create server/client versions of <Nav /> + <Footer /> wrapped in <Suspense /> boundaries
Remove Next.js Auth <SessionProvider /> in order to better control where auth headers are inspected
