conflicting naming with astropy.cosmology #47

Conflicting naming between the cosmology module from astropy and the t2c cosmology method. A quick fix would be to rename the t2c module comology.py to cosm.py

This issue was fixed by renaming the cosmology.py to cosmo.py in tools21cm.
