Addition halog catalog class and new class for CubeP3M N-body particle #9

extended the existing halo catalog module: halo_list.py. Included two additional classes (HaloRockstar and HaloCube3PM). Created new module: nbody_file.py to read CubeP3M N-body files (xv.dat)
