Could you please be more specific? I'm not sure what you're referring to. I haven't thought about this repo in quite a while, but if I know what your issue is then I can try and help resolve it.

I am interested in open quantum system I depend on open source code to understand topic I mean which paper I can study to be able to use code

I hope that the README.md file which serves as the code's manual contains sufficient information for you to use the code. Beyond that, the code was written for this paper: https://arxiv.org/abs/1307.4407. Finally, I learned the underlying theory of open quantum systems that I used to write this code from these two books: https://www.amazon.com/Theory-Open-Quantum-Systems/dp/0199213909, https://www.amazon.com/Chemical-Dynamics-Condensed-Phases-Relaxation/dp/0199686688.
