MAP30 has Nazi soldiers in it at “Hurt Me Plenty” difficulty.

Steps to reproduce:

Use ObHack to generate a map with default seed and parameters
Open up the supplied DOOM2.WAD iwad with the ObHack-generated pawd supplying levels.
Start a game at “Hurt me Plenty” difficulty
Go to MAP30
Enter the area in the lower part of the map with the red key (go forward, then go right at the end)

Excepted results:

There should be no Nazis, since this is not MAP31 nor MAP32

Actual results:

There are a couple of nazis in the red key area
