Write testthat file for stan_jm and it's associated methods #29

Need to port across the testthat files from rstanjm. But combine them into a single file for stanjm methods etc, so that they don't take up too much space in the testthat folder of rstanarm.

I've already started this process, and I think this issue is too general to be useful, so I am going to close it.
