Fix conflict with b_names, and remove duplicate linkinv methods #4

There is a b_names function in both rstanjm and rstanarm. So I have renamed one of them b_names_M since they are slightly different. One of them (the rstanjm one) takes an additional argument specifying which longitudinal submodel the b parameters are for.

I also removed duplicates of linkinv, which were in both misc.R and misc_jm.R
