Completely remove subsetLong and subsetEvent arguments from stan_jm #58

I think dealing with the subsetting just creates another layer of confusion in preparing the data frame for make_assoc_parts, so I'll just remove the subset arguments from stan_jm completely. The user can just subset the data frame before passing it to stan_jm.

The commit here should have dealt with this issue.
