Should `plot.predict.stanjm` and `plot.survfit.stanjm` be moved to bayesplot #66

The plotting functions for these posterior predictions are currently contained here for posterior_traj and here for posterior_survfit. After this code is migrated to stan-dev/rstanarm it probably needs to be discussed where these plots should be included, should it be rstanarm or should they be moved to the bayesplot package.

There is also the plot_stack function here.
