be able to do action steps multiple times as a warm up

@samccone welcome! Unfortunately drool stopped working however at some point, because Chrome performance data changed somehow and the counts drool relying on were gone - see https://travis-ci.org/samccone/drool/builds/337349588. This broke with Chrome 62.
