Trying to draw on a laptop trackpad is tough because I have to hold the button down with one finger while trying to draw with the other. It'd be cool if I could double tap and that would put me in basically "finger paint" mode where I no longer needed to have the mousedown to paint

BTW, on Macs you can enable this functionality in System Preferences under Accessibility. Select 'Enable Dragging'. Great for this and other drawing apps, and moving windows around in general.
