Might just be time to revisit the idea of using upstream ALARM kernel?

Closing as "won't do". Right now linux-msm8916 is building from the upstream msm8916-mainline sources + config fragments. pmos.config is explicitly enabling CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED.

Rather than trying to maintain patches on top of patches, especially with a hostile upstream, I'll instead focus on #26.
