Prevent players from interacting with scene objects obscured by masks #134

Currently, players can accidentally interact with tokens that are obscured by either ambient lighting or the mask tool. This behavior can inadvertantly spoil adventures for players.

Tokens or other objects obscured by visibility controls should not be interactable by the player.
