Add image dimensions editing #253

Hey Sam, how about editing an image's dimensions in WYSIWYG mode? This is a must when you're editing things inline.

I don't know how to make that I'd have to search how is the best UI to give to the user for that. If you can, then just make one and PR. I may review it and give my opinion.

Something like a popup on double click of an image should be fine. I still have to sort out how SCEditor works, but when I will have the time to, I will try to make a PR.
