Use relative path instead of absolute #1

Make sure to start your path from your current directory. So it should just be /CSS/index.css. The path that you have right now is specific for your local computer so it doesn’t load properly on other devices.

sorry I hadn't realized i got comments on this!! thanks so much, i was wondering about that because i noticed no one else does this.
