Difference to yii2-app-basic? #1

Hi Alex,

I am just curios what will be the differences to the standard basic app. I gave it a try and saw that there's no bootstrap theme ... let me know, if you have the time. Otherwise just close this ticket.

  1. No bootstrap. Own CSS used instead, it is included w/o using assets.
  2. No mailer, no contact page.
  3. No tests and testing tools.
  4. No Gii, no debug toolbar.
