Having some difficulty visualising how these data will look in one row per nest structure but some desired summary data for temperature and humidity data might be:

Hi Ez, None of that should be a problem. For the structure, each of these will be an additional column in the table.

I'll need your BOM data to calc the deviation from ambient.

Cheers, Sam

Hey Ez, For "No. days exceeding 35C + 40C per season", I have two questions:

  1. Are we defining season as 'Spring, 'Summer' etc? Or do you mean breeding_year?
  2. Given that summer spans two years (Dec in year x to Feb in year x+1), do we want to define Summer2013 as Dec13-Feb14 or as Jan13, Feb13 and Dec13?

Hi Sam

I cant remember now!! I think I meant spring, summer etc. but I could have also meant breeding year. both would be useful. I think I would rather define the summer of a year as the December of the previous year and the jan and feb of the current year e.g SUMMER 2014 = December 2013/ JANUARY 2014/ FEBRUARY 2014)

:)
