Please relicense python-nxt #32

Please relicense python-nxt to the LGPL because if it is gpl devlepoers are 
forced to license their software GPL and cant combine gpl-incompatible software 
with python-nxt

I cannot do this. Use of the GPL rather than the LGPL was completely 
intentional and can't be changed now unless someone tracks down every single 
person who has worked on it and gets their consent to relicense their work. 
Unfortunately, this is impossible because I would not agree to it. Sorry!
