Cannot slice and save in a different directory #8

When looping over a set of files, you can't save tiles in a different directory. No optional dir in 'slice' function. Then, it keeps slicing new tiles.

If I have understood correctly, this should be achievable per the documented example: https://image-slicer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/examples.html#control-tile-saving
