There is a caching issue with the Monzo app preventing notes updates for older transactions being visible within the app. The issue affects all transactions older than a week.

Known workarounds include:

Logging out and back in
Clearing app cache and app data

Both iOS and Android platforms are affected. The relevant teams are aware.

The issue has been acknowledged by the Monzo team and I have had confirmation that a fix is planned for Android. No word yet unfortunately on iOS.
