Move comments in flake8 config to dedicated lines #20

The inline comments there used to be misinterpreted and are no longer accepted by flake8 v6. This is the way.

@samdoran by the way, consider enabling merge queues in the branch protection.

I don't think merge queues are available on a personal account.
