Fix specifying gitlab_version #7

Hi, I've made a mistake with the prev MR. The desired version of gitlab is not being installed. This MR fixes that. Sorry.

I actually have these same fixes about ready to push up. I had to add a version suffix to the version string for Debian to get it working.
