AC:
Add page called "Books" that has a short introduction, then a list of book entities.
Add the ability to deliver book chapters at /books/{book_title}/{chapter#}
Fix "Read chapter 1" button.
Upload the first chapter.
Add signup to read next chapter link.
Somehow capture the email signup (Mailchimpishness?)
Add books link to home page.
