Debian files and .desktop improvement #13

Files for creating a Debian package have been added, and minor improvements to the .desktop file has been made.

Great! I will merge this. Do you plan to test these "untested" files for making a deb package?

I won't be able to finish today, but I made the makefiles pass 'make distcheck' "inspection," which should make the rest of the work easier.
