How and where do you set your firebase credentials? #28

[ ] Allow credentials to be set from init atom.-
[ ] I do like the idea of allowing default credentials so that new projects automatically have a working (although very limited) firebase database.

I decided to simply allow you to set your API and url before the app starts. Did stick with having a default app in the event that you have a missconfiguration.
