10 requests in 5 minutes is a ridiculous limit for acquireStorage #56

How on earth do you expect us to develop anything?

At the very least we need some sort of developer-mode where we can actually test stuff more frequently than that!

Also, the acquireStorage call should return a result.

This should be 0 if the call succeeds, or the number of seconds that you have to wait before retrying (if you have reached your limit).
