PR to convert azalea_flower into a flower instead of it being a sapling.
With azalea leaves dropping azalea and flowering azalea (which already serve the purpose for azalea tree growth) seems redundant to have the azalea_flower do the same function. I did not include a recipe to turn the flower into a dye, although that could easily be added.
