Right place for competitive programmers to contribute #1

competitive programmers who wants to contribute to open source, this is the right place. there are about 400 problems in lightoj (http://lightoj.com/ ) , I personally solved around 100 problems . So after solving any of the remaining problems , start creating pull requests . I would love to merge them . :heart: Also if you have a different method to already existing solution in my repo , add your username to the end of the file name like (1234-sameer2800.java) and create the request . Programming language is not a barrier .

Although i am merging this PR , commit message of the problem must be its category (dp,number theory etc) . next time, make sure of this .
