Refinements

I have continued to refine the new UI a little more and the following is a summary of the changes:

• Enabled device filtering by any field on the table
• Enabled pagination of results to accommodate larger numbers of devices (for now hardcoded to 15 per page)
• Moved table controls outside of scrollable grid for persistent access
• Moved response attribute type to their own column and removed the need for clunky non-breaking spaces
• Added syntax highlighting for sample API response, the response data is now loaded in from elsewhere
• Continued removal of inline hardcoded CSS from index.html
• Removed styles.css in favour of unified stylesheet
• Refined theme colours and fixed a couple of visual inconsistencies
• Improved error handling within the backend save routine. Errors will now be passed correctly to the frontend with helpful guidance messages where possible.
• Implemented other alert type classes for future use
• Semantic fixes
• Optimised GoLang server implementation
  • Added gzip compression
  • Implemented Cache-Control for static assets
  • Moved non-essential stylesheets to preload to improve painting times (especially on slow devices)
• Added configurable host address #18

Note: Good move to limit the scrolling to the table instead of the UI as a whole, however I have reinstated the minimum document width in this commit to a value of 460px as beyond this the UI doesn't scale reasonably. Feel free to remove this line in the CSS if you want. :)

Hey @sameerdhoot, just moving things around on my repo and didn't want to break anything in case I messed up so just closed while I did to avoid any issues with the automation. :)
