Hi, I've changed 2 things:

first golang embed module is used to build fully standalone executable - no need for separate index.html & static/
you can add read_only: true to config.json, do app disables ability to edit data via web, you have to change devices.json directly on server

This read only section of this PR appears to break the filter functionality at the moment as the column hidden is used for filter controls
