Compatible with NAT IPV4 servers ? #78

I want to install my bind servers on some Scaleway cloud servers. These servers don't have a direct IPV4 adress but are NATed by the hoster in a transparent way. The only drawback is that local IPV4 in the server is a local IP and not the real outside IPV4 adress. For IPV6i it's the real one. Is it possible in such configuration to use that docker Image or not ?
