Each user should be allowed to create a instrument :

Instrument model has following fields: symbol : char code : char description : char

Sample data : symbol : INF109K012R6 code : ICICI PRUDENTIAL NIFTY ETF description : ICICI PRUDENTIAL NIFTY Exchange Traded Fund
