Main work item for this is to support LTI integration for student applications, eg: for SNAP we would POST the LTI launch message in the iframe, and a different SNAP cloud would receive that message and store user scripts there.
LTI launch message would need to comply with this spec: http://www.imsglobal.org/specs/ltiv1p1/implementation-guide#toc-3
Once that's done we should cleanup SNAP files from repo
